1.Is this ATS is mobile friendly? Do we need any specific mobile OS to run this or you provide app for mobile?
2. Do we require managerial approval to post job, arrange interview or select candidate.
3. If we require approval, how manager will approve as sending email or you provide approval link in email?
4. Will this ATS send automatic emails for job posting, invitation for interview, interview reminders to candidates and interviewer? Are those reminder can be directly configured with outlook or gmail?
5. In how many steps candidate can apply for job?
6. What type security systems you use to store and prevent the data on cloud?
