CEO = Chief Experience Officer




The title does not say very much about the person or what is he / she suppose to do. Yes, they are an officer. They are an executive. And of all executive and officers, he/she is the “Chief”. The term that better explains the title is “Chief Experience Officer” as they makes many things available to people which includes-

Product Experience- Despite having multiple product lines, how the prompt response goes in timely manner, how do they set protocols to walk through the key highlights of the product, how well they communicate to address every single customer query, All these makes customer experiences and becomes memorable.

  1. Purchasing Experience- Philosophies can be identified whether they are “Walking the talk or Talking the talk”. All the promises are being delivered makes a great purchasing experience.

  1. Brand Experience- What is it like to cooperate with the company's brand? Does talking about the company with others ignite zeal? What kind of emotions does it induce? When people see the logo online or offline, what's the primitive reaction?

  1. Support Experience- What is it like to receive support from the company? Do people fear having to call in and get help? When they do make contact, do they feel like the company cares not just about soothing and pleasing — but that the actual problem is addressed?
